Processing times:

Healing Roots Apothecary ships all orders via United States Postal Service.

Orders placed Monday - Friday by 9 a.m. eastern standard time will ship that day. All other orders will ship the following business day. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order.

Order changes and cancellations:

Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order. If you need to make any changes or if you wish to request a cancellation of your order, please call (754) 296-0535 as soon as possible after the order has been submitted.  You may reach out to via telephone or email at support@healingrootsbykaren.com.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your products it may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date received. Returned product must be in the same condition and same packaging as when received.

Please contact me via email at support@healingrootsbykaren.com to make returning a product as seamless as possible. We do not offer free return labels. Refunds are payable on a product return once they are received.

Product issues:

Failure to notify Healing Roots Apothecary of any problems with the product within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product shall constitute acceptance of the product.
